I bought this to lay on top of my GSD's Coolaroo, which he loves. He was very wary of it at first, because it makes noise, like a plastic water bottle crinkling. But when he saw that my Schnauzer laid on it with no ill effects, he quickly decided that it was A-okay. Now he prefers it to his other beds. If you have a very skittish dog, you may have to explain to him or her that this product is completely safe.

Finally - the perfect bed!

Our 15-year-old Doberman/Rottweiler has chewed up or dragged off every bed we have offered her. They were either too hot, too fluffy, the wrong shape - etc. She LOVES this bed. It is just right. It doesn't look like much; but it is warm without being too hot, and it is soft without being too fluffy. It washes and dries easily; and it folds up for easy storage or transport.

These pads are simply awesome! We have purchased them for our dogs and for our friends cats. They are a snap to wash. They truly are wonderful and are well made.
