not the same quality as retail stores

I frequently purchase moozles and snoozes from our local retailer and my dogs love them. I was thrilled to see them on the Entirely Pets website much cheaper. However, the 10 snoozles I purchased were small, flat, and hard, unlike the puffed up ones I get at the store. When I called to voice my complaint, they said I could return them and they would refund me, minus the shipping I paid to get them and again to return them. I should have know if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! From now on, I will pay more to get the good ones at my retail store.
