For most Dogs, including one of our Golden Retrievers, it makes giving Medications or Supplements a breeze. One of our (smart) Dogs however, once discovered a Capsule while eating the Pill Pocket and since that episode, simple (gums) the Pill Pocket and spits out the Pill or Capsule. Back to the old method of "finger down the throat insertion" for that one.

This makes giving my Lab his meds much easier, no more fighting to get him to eat them. Vet said we can't use other foods to hide the pills, so these are a great solution at half the price of brick and mortar stores.

worst purchase ever.. the duck & pea popckets are way too soft..can't put the pill in.. would like to return them, but the freight charge is way too much, so I will dump them..

great for pets with food allergies!

I use these for cats with food allergies. I have four cats who happily eat their pills so long as they have their Duck pill pocket on it! Sometimes one will notice the crunchy center, but if you feed a few pieces of hard treat or kibble with the pill-pocket wrapped pill, they gobble it all up together.

My one dog needs medicine everyday and the Duck Formula is fantastic because she is a golden retriever and they tend to have skin allergies. This helps her to take her medicine without having any problems with her skin. This is a wonderful product!

The pill pockets are the best thing ever invented for getting pills and capsules down the dog! However, the last pockets I ordered (six packages) were smaller than previous pill pockets and not as helpful when it comes to capsules! Please return to the opriginal size!

Yes, it is for dogs, but the company quit making them for cats. When I called -- they said SAME formula so safe for cats. They make great treats which I can break off to size of pill as well as getting Rx down without a struggle. So nice to have my cat come running for his medication!

I have two very picky Maltese and I can't tell you how many of these pill pockets I buy a year, but I will tell you this...they are the best pill pockets ever....what an invention. My dogs not only love them when it's time to take their pills, but I sometimes give them one as a treat. All I say to them is "who wants their pills" and they come running. Can't get any better than that! Plus, I found Entirely Pets has the best price for these pills pockets as well as several other items (treats, shampoo, Cosequin) I just received yesterday...any they send you occasional emails with coupon codes. I just love this website. Highly recommend.
