good, but not for extreme chewers

this toy would have been great for my older dog who like to play but not a big chewer..you can put peanut butter in it and teats or just trow it around. HOWEVER my extreme chewer got a hold of it and now the toy is in pieces....that is my only problem with the toy, other a good purchase!

I was excited about this toy! I thought it was going to out last Ben...it last about 10 minutes in his possession before he had ripped it to pieces. I wold not recommend this for extreme chewers. on the other hand my mastiff/ lab, Alex, loved it he was having a blast...before Ben got a hold of it.

Great for major chewers
Date:July 19, 2012
Our dog is a very aggressive chewer. This toy can hold his treats or baby carrots because of the small rubber teeth. It keeps him busy for quite awhile! He rolls it & flips it with his nose & crunches on it for a long time to get to the treats.
The toy really holds up for a long time.

Evening's Entertainment

My dogs LOVE this toy.
Every evening I freeze non-fat plain yogurt mixed with kibble inside the Monster Mouth. 23 hours later, I take it out (one for each dog) & it keeps them focused & busy for 15-20 minutes. They LOVE it. It's good for their teeth & it really calms them down before they settle down for the night.
It's easy to clean out & fairly indestructible.
When I just put regular dry kibble or treats in it, the food would all fall out immediately, so that wasn't a good use for this toy. However, freezing the yogurt mixture inside makes it an excellent find. Peanut butter would work in it, too. I used to give them a bully stick each evening instead, but this is healthier & cheaper.
My dogs say, all four paws up for the Monster Mouth!
