Ticks Be Gone

We had a tick infestation so bad they were multiplying like wildfire. With three large dogs in the house, I thought the humans were going to have to evacuate. We sprayed and cleaned and bathed dogs with no results. It looked like the ticks were going to win. Then I took my son's dog to the vet and he told me about CERTIFECT and how he used it on his hunting dogs. We bathed all the dogs and treated each one with the recommended dose of CERTIFECT. Within a week we started to see fewer and fewer ticks and now after a month we are tick free. I will continue to use this great product and highly recommend it. I also saved $3.00 per dose by purchasing this great product at EntirelyPets.com. Thanks, EntirelyPets.com, for a great product at a great price.

The ticks dropped off

Breed:2 GSD's and Boxer mix
I have three large breed dogs two GSD and one Boxer mix. All three are food allergic, so all these chewable meds are out! They are on Revolution for Heartworm preventative which has no tick prevention (regardless of some of the write ups). Moving back to the East (MD) tick prevention is a must. We tried the Preventick tick collars but they didn't work against the wooded 5 acres we are on, even though the dogs don't go in the woods, the deer carry the ticks right into the yard. One application of the Cerifect and no ticks, but this means we are doubling up on flea control (Revolution plus the Certifect). The vet has assured us that this won't be a toxic level. I have decided to try a three month course to make sure that they react well to that issue, as well as the Certifect which can cause itchiness and drowsiness in the dogs, which didn't happen with dose #1. When wieghed against the health problems that ticks carry I have decided the Certifect is the better choice. I will add a follow up review after the three month course which should be helpful because if my guys can tolerate it well anyone can, my GSD's are super sensitive. Product is messy, stays sticky for 36-48 hrs and it kept getting all over me so the one star deduction. Thank God for the blessing of dogs!!
