This is goopy stuff, and really bright white. It doesn't cover our Havanese puppy's tear stains, but lightens them. They look more pinkish now. If I get gobs on, it sortof covers the stains, but it is so bright white, and our puppy is bright but not like snow, so it looks unnatural.
I'll keep using it. Maybe it will lighten the stains over time and eventually erase them. They are lighter, even after I wash off the goop.
Bio-Groom stain free was recommended to me for my new poodle puppy by a world known breeder. After cleaning the hair under my white poodles eyes, I dab a tiny bit of Bio-Groom and rub it in. Stains are covered, the cream seems to disappear, and it seems to help her face from being irritated by tears.
Amazing product have used it for many years. For my white bichon and now my silver poodle. Shame it can be purchased in NZ. Bought 2 so I don't ever run out. Recommend it for tear stains on light colour dogs.
