The charcoal filter container had to be taped onto the top of the litter box as it would not stay in the groove designed. I also order the Iris colored box and it is more of a gray box than anything. Certainly looks nothing like the picture in color. Keeps the litter off the floor though.

Nothing could be farther from the truth than the statement that these litter boxes do not smell. This mis appropriated factoid steers people to ignore the daily need empty out droppings. As a cleaning lady - if cats could talk- they would be screaming. The odor of ammonia is a stench so powerful it will gag a cat who is trying to do its business in there. Being enclosed it cant drift off.
